Welcome to J. P. Taravella High School, and to your English Class. As an educator, I believe that every child has a chance for a rewarding future. They only have to be shown or taught how to take advantage of opportunities they have in front of them. I became an English teacher not only because I love literature, but because all books teach us a life lesson that we can use in some way.
